A: " virgin hair＂refers to hair that has never been processed by chemicals such as dyes, perms, and relaxers. At Euryale Virgin Hair, we only sell high quality genuine human hair, 100% unprocessed natural hair products. These hairs were collected from women's head who have never been dyed before, they are 100% human hair without intercalation of other source of hair/furs. You can test the quality by bleaching and further color the hair at ease just like your own hair.
All hair cuticles are put in one direction, so it will be tangle-free even after bleaching & coloring. It won't lose curls after couple washes. To better maintain the hair, please combing it with wide teeth combs and wash with cold or warm water, with mild shampoo. Our Hair products can last for a long time. Q: How the length be measured for each texture?
A: Except the Straight texture, other textures including "Waves" &"Curls" should be straightened before measuing the maximum length. Please use following hair length scale(from Webpage) for your reference.

A:Yes, you can! At Euryale Virgin Hair, our hair is 100% genuine human hair which has never been chemically stripped before, so it can be colored for sure! DIY is possible or you need consult to a stylist if you need dye too many times.
Q: Any hair care instructions?
A: Care of our hair extensions are very easy. If well cared for, our products can last for more than 1 year for sure. Please wash with cold or warm water, soak with mild shampoo and rinse with cold/warm water, do not strengthen hardly on the wavy/curly hair, after wash, put with dry towel to suck out the water and let it air dry. To prolong the use of the hair, do not use hair blower with high temperature, finally, hang the hair and air dry it.

Orders are directly shipped out from our facility in New York. Q: I have not received my package, but tracking info shows delivered.
A: Undoubtedly, we will try our best to contact the carriers (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, etc) to help you to solve this problem. In the meantime, please check around your house or apartment mailboxes, sometimes the mailman put in usual place you might neglect. Then check with your neighbors, most possibly, the package was misdelivered to wrong place that closed to your address. Finally, if need our help, we will provide detailed information on pakcage packing, drop receipts if there is any.
