Shipping & Return

SHIPPING

All stock Bundles, Closures, Frontals and Wigs usually ships within 2 business days. Orders will be packed securely and ready to ship out no later than next business day, excluding Sunday & Holidays.

If you need to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible before we process and ship out the order.

For custom wig or custom color, please allow 1-2 weeks to process before receiving tracking. Tracking is available via email or text messages after your order ships.  Under certain circumstance, we might use different carrier to deliver your orders. Please refer to your account page to track your order. 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Overnight: 1-2 days

Express shipping: 2-3 days

Strandard shipping: >3 days depending on the carrier selected.

International orders after shipping: 3-10 days depending on carriers.

RETURN:

Our hair products are highly hygienic items for personal use. All sales are final due to public safety reason & the nature of hair product. 

If you receive wrong hair product, we will generate a Return Shipping Label for you to exchange. We will inspect the returning items and make "accept" or "reject" decision based on following criteria:

Returning items should be in the original packaging and in "unused" condition. 

Do not bleach, dye, curling, iron or alter the hair in any way.

No other company hair products swapping! 

If any return happened due to client's fault, the return hair items will be disposed due to hygienic reason or send back at your expense.

In case a refund needed, there will be a restock fee of 25% of the order total which will cover shipping, payment processor fee, extra labor cost, etc.

PAYMENT

We accept most major credit cards& Paypal payment.

For credit card purchase, we ONLY SHIP TO BILLING ADDRESS, make sure your billing and shipping address must match& is consistent with your credit card registered address on your bank profile, or your order will be cancelled and refund! 

For Paypal transaction, we ONLY SHIP TO PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS, or the transaction won't be completed.

Credit card fraudulent will be prosecuted at the decretions of Our hair company.
